A bit of serious business wanted

We’ve definitely had our ups and downs operating PEPPOL access points for clients since early 2012. Of course we’ve suffered outages and disruptions but we’ve always been hard at work to resolve issues when our customers’ PEPPOL infrastructure did not behave as expected.

What we’ve seen during the last couple of weeks is that major service providers have faced serious, extended, outages lasting for not only a few hours but 10, 20 and as much as 90 54 hours. None of them have explicitly announced that they’ve faced issues until we contacted them.

How about the outage shown in the screen shot to the left? It is a well-known Nordic service provider that obviously have no clue that they are down.
